Why did I start this newsletter? (Long story short)
1/ People don't understand the real complications of capital raises. It’s a lot more than a great idea and a slick pitch.
2/ Founders don't know exactly what to do (right) to raise capital - they're flying blind and making costly mistakes that could've been avoided.
3/ Everything in capital raising comes down to one thing, and once you understand it, everything else falls into place.
4/ To make capital raises as simple as possible and debt as guilt-free as possible - strip away the complexity.
5/ To break the years-old misconceptions about debt - debt isn't failure, it's fuel, and it's time to kill the stigma.
